We send tracking info via email or SMS once the order is fulfilled. Each item has a unique preparation time before it's fulfilled, clearly stated in the description section.
* There are two shipment methods:
Standard shipment: We ship within 3 business days and you receive your order between 3 up to 5 business days even if we want to ship it the very next day.
Express Shipment: We ship the very next day and you will receive your order within 2 business days.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We have a 2-day EASY return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, Instagram, our chat and direct phone number. We will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
* It's up to you to decide which courier to use for the return based on cost and convenience.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and we shall refund you the old item once once the return is accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5 up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
